HOW CAN WELLNESS COACHING IMPROVE YOUR QUALITY OF LIFE?

Creativity Development and private Wellness Coaching is an opportunity to work one-on-one with a seasoned professional to identify your personal goals and work collaboratively to achieve measurable and meaningful progress to enhance the quality of your life and relationships. Coaching can be used independently or in conjunction with psychotherapy. I work with clients individually (artists and non-artists, alike!) to formulate a path forward towards improving overall quality of life. I believe that all individuals possess an innate source of creativity and that by harnessing that resource, we can reach our fullest and most satisfying potential.

Creativity Development and Wellness Coaching is not psychotherapy or a mental health service. A licensed mental health care provider supports the psychological and emotional well-being of clients through individualized assessment, treatment planning and at times, clinical diagnosis. For some clients, individual or group psychotherapy may be suggested as a supplement to or substitute for coaching. In these instances, Lauren D. Smith will provide referral resources.

Lauren D. Smith designs individualized Creativity Development and Wellness Coaching plans to navigate life transitions and identity exploration. Lauren works with clients to develop creative problem solving skills and make positive progress towards personal goals.

Coaching meetings and creative mentorship packages begin at $175 per 50 minutes. Available to adults through a secure online platform throughout the United States and Internationally.
